Gianpiero's writing focuses on leadership; unconscious processes in individuals, groups and organizations; experiential learning; emotional intelligence; the interplay between neuroscience and psychology.  His current research projects explore the influence of unconscious factors in small group leadership; the application of a clinical approach to corporate leadership development; the experience of becoming a professional change agent; and the emotional dilemmas of high potential managers.
