Gianpiero's
writing focuses on
leadership; unconscious processes in individuals, groups and
organizations; experiential learning; emotional intelligence; the
interplay between neuroscience and psychology. His
current research projects
explore the influence of unconscious factors in small group leadership;
the application of a clinical approach to corporate leadership
development; the experience of becoming a professional change agent; and
the emotional dilemmas of high potential managers. |
