Gianpiero's writing focuses on leadership development; experiential learning; identity dynamics; unconscious processes in individuals, groups and organizations.  His current research projects explore the features which make leadership development effective and meaningful; managers’ use of business school courses to shape personal and professional identities; the influence of unconscious factors in the development and practice of leadership.
