Gianpiero is Affiliate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. His teaching focuses on leadership, team dynamics, personal and professional development, and the behavioural aspects of organisational change.

At INSEAD, he teaches "Leading People and Groups" in the MBA programme and sessions on the topics above in Executive Education programmes. He is also Visiting Professor at CBS Executive, Copenhagen Business School. Before joining INSEAD, Gianpiero contributed to several Public and In-Company Executive Education Programs, and to the MBA, offered by IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Gianpiero collaborates to the development and delivery of in-company management development programs for international organisations. These programs usually include a combination of classroom work (case teaching; lectures; classroom simulations) and experiential learning opportunities (outdoor activities for leadership development and team-building; project team work; individual coaching).
